Comfort Object #2 was an interactive performative installation at Apostrophe S gallery in Syracuse, NY. I built a twelve foot table in order to set up a version of my grandmother's Friday night dining room table. Set specifically for twenty people, this piece questions what sharing a meal together could mean, especially when extracted from the personal and placed in a gallery space.
